Bright and floral.

A delightfully pleasant coffee coming from the Shakiso region of Ethiopia. Coffee from Ethiopia is usually deeply unique and complex in flavour profile, but this harvest from Kayon Mountain Farm is the perfect compliment to any breakfast. With notes of stewed peachlemon and pleasant aroma of jasmine, it's the kind of coffee that is simply enjoyable whenever you feel like brewing coffee.

The washed profile coupled with the innate properties of Ethiopian coffees made us think it was best roasted for filter. Very enjoyable as a V60 to really bring out the cleanliness in this coffee.
