Coffees from Peru are usually outstandingly refreshing as a filter and crisp and bright in espresso.

This lot from Alfonso Cordova roasts brilliantly as both. Washed coffees are a traditionalists dream, yet this lot has that unique flavour profile that makes it stand out.

We are currently offering this as a filter roast. The juicyness is just too hard to resist. Bringing out notes of caramel, lime and panela. Brewed as a pour-over to bring out more of the juicyness. Make it with a plunger or aeropress for the richer flavours to shine.
